A downloadable project for Windows

Welcome to the History In Your Hands page!

Here students are able to learn aspects of the Year 7 (NSW) syllabus through an interactive experience!

The target audience of this program are students in Year 7 studying the History section of the NSW,  Australian syllabus . These students will learn about the history of Ancient Egypt, Early Imperial China, Medieval Europe and the Spanish Conquest of the Aztec Empire. In each of these topics that will be explored, the students will understand the importance and cultural impact of these events.

Through students learning about the events previously mentioned in a virtual interactive environment, the students will receive a more in-depth understanding of how and in what circumstances certain objects could have been used. These objects vary, from everyday items to astounding monuments built during these historical eras.
